Manage outpatient billing and patient administration tasks within the Eifelklinik St. Brigida outpatient billing department. Process claims according to EBM guidelines and utilize electronic systems for accurate data entry and reporting. Maintain patient records and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely and compliant reimbursement. This 30-hour part-time role supports the clinic's top-rated patient satisfaction and regional rule-coverage standards.
Required Qualifications
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur medizinischen Fachangestellten oder Arzthelfer/in, Verwaltungsangestellte/n mit med. Hintergrund, Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen
- Gelassenheit, freundliches, serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-gestützten Programmen
- Erfahrung in der Abrechnung nach EBM
