Job Summary
Conduct personal customer consultations for Click & Collect and Breuninger Card services, including claims management, stock receipt, and tax-free processing. Manage Breuninger Card applications and expenditures, handle gift card sales, and oversee gift wrapping and customer garment storage. Identify process optimization opportunities and implement them with internal partners and customers. Maintain a flexible schedule with Saturday availability within store opening hours.
