Close units with screws and flange covers, manually dry units after washing, and mask/demask according to specifications. Transfer units to the high-tech paint line and connect them systematically to workpiece carriers. Apply manual paint, then inspect finished units for damage, coating thickness, and color accuracy. Perform maintenance, care, and cleaning tasks. Requires readiness for 3-shift operation; PC skills and prior painting experience are advantageous.
