Organize and support the daily operations of the CuBi, an inclusive meeting point for children and youth in Aachen. Plan and execute leisure, play, creative, and movement activities while acting as the primary contact for families. Manage the distribution of drinks and loan of play materials, and assist in resolving conflicts to foster respectful interaction. Coordinate logistical workflows, collaborate with volunteers and educational coordinators, and contribute to developing the CuBi concept. Work approximately 13 hours weekly, primarily during afternoons and early evenings, with flexibility for weekend events. This part-time role offers practical experience in inclusive social work within a multiprofessional team.
