Implement production measures to ensure agreed product quality and safety while operating, coordinating, and retooling various machinery including mustard mills, mixers, and filling lines. Execute defined cleaning procedures and document all activities performed. Serve as an additional member of the HACCP team. This role requires good technical understanding, structured independent work, and physical stamina for machine operation. The position offers a permanent full-time schedule (40 hours/week) from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 to 15:30, with Friday afternoons and weekends off. Located in Fürstenfeldbruck, the family-owned company prioritizes sustainability, fair trade, and regional sourcing in its certified organic production.
