Job Summary
Monitor and control ongoing bus line traffic, coordinating dispatch for disruptions, detours, and special traffic situations. Organize and manage rail substitute services and emergency rail operations. Handle administrative processing and documentation of operational procedures while overseeing load and management of the modern E-bus fleet. Work in a full-time or part-time shift schedule from 4:30 to 22:00, including weekends, within the BBS Brandner Group to ensure a smooth public transport flow.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Serviceorientiertes, strukturiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (inkl. Samstag und Sonntag)
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise im Bereich Verkehr, Logistik, Verkehrswesen oder vergleichbar
- Interesse am öffentlichen Nahverkehr und an modernen Mobilitätslösungen
- Gute geografische Kenntnisse der Region
