Job Summary
Prepare, review, and structure real estate financing applications while assembling and maintaining relevant financial documents such as income statements and land registry extracts. Support the submission and processing of construction loans, managing document and deadline oversight throughout the financing process. Communicate professionally with banks, credit institutions, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations between sales, banking partners, and internal teams. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements with up to 100% mobile work options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung von Immobilienfinanzierungen, Baufinanzierungen oder Darlehensprozessen
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Grundbuch, Objektunterlagen und Finanzierungsabläufe
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und MS Office
