Conduct customer consultation and support for existing and new accounts within the inside sales team. Prepare offers, manage order processing, and track orders while maintaining customer master data in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and internal departments. Support the creation of sales statistics and reports. Requires a completed commercial vocational training or equivalent, with experience in inside sales and strong German communication skills.
