Job Summary
Conduct technical and commercial clarification of spare parts inquiries and create spare parts offers and orders. Sell service products and track ongoing proposals while providing proactive customer support. Maintain high service orientation and customer retention through structured work methods and self-management. Collaborate cross-functionally within the team, leveraging technical understanding and commercial background with service knowledge. Requires excellent German and English skills in writing and speech.
Required Qualifications
