Job Summary
Establish and configure cloud systems for CRM, project management, and ERP tools. Plan and implement new software and IT solutions while setting up interfaces and standard software. Design and develop automations and AI agents without coding, and document digital business processes. The role supports customer project implementation within the IT Management, Digitalization & Automation department. Full-time position in Aichach with a starting gross salary of 3,500 Euro monthly. Candidates require a vocational training or degree in commercial fields, computer science, or related areas, alongside strong communication skills and adaptability to new systems.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/Studium im Kaufmännischen Bereich oder als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar (Interaktive Medien, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, usw.)
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit Computern oder Smartphones
- IT-Affinität und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
- Motivation zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und Bereitschaft, über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen
