Job Summary
Process warranty claims for KBM products and continuously optimize warranty processes. Analyze warranty data and manage master material data. Support the supervisor with administrative tasks and represent or support the supplier warranty area for parts. Evaluate defective parts and handle warranty administration. Requires a completed technical technician or master training in automotive or metal technology, plus strong knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and engine technology. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel. Full-time position with on-site location in Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister im technischen Bereich (Kraftfahrzeug, Metall) oder vergleichbar
- Gute Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Elektronik und Motorentechnik
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von defekten Teilen sowie in der Garantieabwicklung
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
