Job Summary
Manage the product portfolio by establishing new items, updating prices, entering descriptions, adjusting product images, and verifying inventory levels in the system. Research suppliers and procurement prices per guidelines, then submit purchase requests in coordination with management. Handle customer calls regarding product inquiries, providing answers to simple questions or routing complex issues to the appropriate personnel. This role supports innovative mobile media projects for diverse clients within a small-to-mid-sized enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Motivation to start or expand a career in IT Operations
- Being meticulous, careful, and having a genuine organizational talent
- Responsibly handling data
- Very good German skills in writing and speech
- A neat appearance and good manners
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MS Excel
- Experience with Photoshop
