Job Summary
Create and verify private physician fee schedules based on medical documentation, supporting patients and clients in argumentatively enforcing service claims against payers. Advise customers according to the GOÄ regulations. Maintain strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, utilizing MS Office and expressing yourself clearly in written and spoken German. This role offers flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and the option for partial or full-time remote work. Located in the center of Nuremberg, the position is part of a growing family business with a culture of honesty and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (MFA) oder Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Bestenfalls können Sie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der privatärztlichen Abrechnung (z.B. in einer privaten Abrechnungsstelle) vorweisen – für eine Beschäftigung zu 100% im Homeoffice ist diese unabdingbar
- Mit der Anwendung der GOÄ, UV-GOÄ sowie IGeL sind Sie bestens vertraut
- Ihre Kenntnisse in der Anatomie und medizinischen Terminologie sind sehr gut
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Bereich
- Eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
