Job Summary
Conduct independent case management in debt collection, handling phone and written communication with debtors, clients, and partners. Process claims and manage rejections while evaluating situations to decide on further actions within defined competencies. Coordinate with external law firms and contribute to process optimization. Work autonomously without an assistant role, supported by an internal call center, within structured frameworks that allow for specialization after onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement
