Conduct daily accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping, including verification, posting, and processing of incoming invoices. Manage payment cycles, bank entries, and clear discrepancies in pricing or quantities with relevant departments. Monitor open accounts, handle collections, and maintain creditor and debtor master data including credit checks. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while generating business analyses, statistical reports, and liquidity forecasts. Requires a commercial education in finance and accounting, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience. Located in Hallein, Austria, with a collective agreement salary of Einstufung III 1.u.2. Year.
