Job Summary
Provide expert consultation and support to domestic and international guests at the Christkind-Shop and within the Welser Weihnachtswelt event. Sell merchandise, tourist services, and the Wels Card while professionally managing guest feedback and complaints. Assist with various operational tasks supporting the December tourism festival in Wels. This weekend role runs in November and December for the Tourism Association Region Wels. Monthly gross salary is €2,018 (40-hour basis) under the travel agency collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Verkauf, Kundenservice oder Gästekontakt
