As a part-time Windsor Manager in Training, you will transition into a leadership role by supporting the Store Manager to achieve store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year minimum of retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
