Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) will manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on driving sales and achieving operational goals. Responsibilities include assisting in managing performance metrics, ensuring merchandise presentation meets visual standards, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, communication abilities, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.
