Job Summary
Manage the store's staff and operations during the Store Manager's absence, driving sales and profitability by achieving established goals. Personally demonstrate high-level customer service while assisting leadership in communicating operational directives and monitoring individual performance metrics. Execute floor set guides and promotions, maintain merchandise presentation standards, and ensure timely markdowns and transfers. Support the team in maintaining cleanliness across the sales floor and stockroom. This entry-level management role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. Full-time hourly position with competitive pay, PTO, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years' experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
- Communication and organizational skills
