Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) will oversee the store's staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, driving sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding established goals. Responsibilities include assisting in managing the store team, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards, and addressing customer needs. Key qualifications include at least 2 years of retail experience, effective communication and organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. This is an entry-level management role requiring a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
