Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) role at SNIPES involves managing store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include driving sales, assisting in operational goals, performance monitoring, merchandise presentation, and maintaining store cleanliness. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in retail preferred
- College degree a plus but not required
