Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) will manage the store's staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting in operational goal communication, monitoring individual performance metrics, maintaining compliance with visual merchandising standards, and ensuring store cleanliness. The candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven ability to solve problems and achieve results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Communication and organizational skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds

- 2+ years experience in retail preferred
- College degree a plus but not required
