Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) at SNIPES will manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include assisting with operational goals, communicating with store teams, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining merchandise presentation.
