Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) is an entry-level management role responsible for managing store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting in operational goal communication, evaluating individual performance, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards. Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and have at least 2 years of retail experience. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
