Job Summary
Manager in Training role at SNIPES responsible for fully managing store staff and operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Entry-level management duties include leading sales and customer service, communicating store goals, evaluating performance, ensuring floor set execution, maintaining merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards, understanding customer needs, coordinating markdowns/transfers, and upholding store cleanliness. Works with Store Manager and partners across departments to support sales plans and brand standards; requires 18+ and retail exposure with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Team leadership ability
- Adaptable and fast learner
