Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) will oversee the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This role requires demonstrating leadership by achieving sales goals, providing high levels of customer service, and monitoring performance metrics. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, alongside a discipline for achieving results. An enthusiasm for the brand and capability to lift between 15-30 pounds are also essential. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
