Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) at SNIPES will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, serving as an entry-level management role. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting in operational communication, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring store cleanliness. Candidates should have strong leadership qualities, enthusiasm for the brand, and excellent customer service and communication skills, with a preference for those with retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
