Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) will manage store staff and operations in the absence of a Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, maintaining operational goals, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring merchandise presentation meets visual standards. The role requires a candidate who is enthusiastic about the brand, possesses strong customer service and communication skills, and is disciplined and self-motivated. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with being at least 18 years old and ideally having 2+ years of retail experience.
