Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) at SNIPES is responsible for managing store operations and staff in the absence of higher management, demonstrating leadership in driving sales and profitability. The role includes assisting with store goals, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining merchandise presentation. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and ideally possess retail experience, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
