Job Summary
Manager in Training program at Challenger School seeks individuals to spend up to 24 months training across campus procedures, with placement after completion as Preschool Director, Elementary Director, or Headmaster. Responsibilities include thoroughly learning the curriculum, teaching methods, philosophy, and operations; maintaining a safe and productive school environment for students and staff; innovating processes and procedures; training and supervising staff; promoting self-reliance and independence; engaging in all training opportunities; and working Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent); business or education management experience preferred; ability to recruit, train, and manage educators; ability to pass a background check; and completion of pre-employment assessments.
