Part-time Windsor Manager in Training, assisting the Store Manager to drive store productivity, coaching a team of Stylists, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and upholding Windsor policies and merchandising directives. You will participate in leadership activities, manage daily operations, monitor KPI reporting, control payroll and expenses, and help create a positive Oasis experience for customers. The role emphasizes developing leadership capabilities, delivering exceptional customer service, implementing the Windsor Merchandising Directive, and fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and continuous improvement while supporting the store’s brand and values.
