Job Summary

Conduct daily store operations across retail, kitchen, and fueling functions while supporting WACS, CABS, and FREDDY standards. Lead team development through onboarding, coaching, and performance management processes to build high-performing units. Manage financial administration including labor, inventory, expense tracking, and payroll using Paylocity systems. Resolve guest concerns with urgency and maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures. Review daily reports, conduct inventory counts for high-value items, and execute merchandising and promotional activities. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and travel between locations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record compliant with Beck Supplier's insurance requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a multi-unit leadership role within a retail, restaurant, or other customer-facing environment, with responsibility for store performance, staffing, and operational execution
  • Proven ability to coach and develop store leaders, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to interpret business data and financial reports, identify performance gaps, and translate insights into actionable plans to achieve district goals
  • Experience managing P&L performance, including labor matrix/weekly schedule, inventory, and controllable expenses, while improving customer satisfaction and team engagement
  • Comfortable leading through change with flexibility, clear communication, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and travel to multiple store locations

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience specifically in convenience retail or fuel service operations
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Track record of designing or contributing to leadership development programs or succession planning efforts
