Job Summary
Organize and design the daily group routine for children aged 0.6 to 3 years in a loving, structured atmosphere. Conduct individual developmental support while prioritizing speech education and intercultural work alongside family-centered engagement. Collaborate closely with parents and contribute ideas to the conceptual development of the kindergarten. Work within a small, supportive team that values autonomy and professional cooperation, ensuring sufficient time for child-centric care through a high staff-to-child ratio.
Required Qualifications
- Berufsabschluss als staatlich anerkannte*r Erzieher*in (m/w/d), Sozialpädagog*in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Neugier und Motivation, Kinder altersgerecht zu fördern
