Job Summary
Lead high-profile customer engagements by designing, building, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions for defense, intelligence, and aerospace missions. Engineer distributed systems across thousands of compute nodes on major cloud providers using Infrastructure-as-Code, microservices, and data pipelines. Architect complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows and critically evaluate code for correctness, security, and performance. Partner directly with mission stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical solutions while mentoring junior engineers and driving best-practice evangelism. Requires 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience, 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects, and active Secret clearance preferred. Ability to travel 25–50% of the time to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship
- Ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role
- Acceptable results from a background investigation
- Specific level of U.S. government background investigation and clearance required for this role
- 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects
- Strong application design skills
- Strong data architecture skills

- Strong security architecture skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
- Equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree
- Background in defense/aerospace
- Background in classified environments (IL5/IL6)
- Background in federal civilian agencies
- Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization
- Application design and development background
- Strong Enterprise Architecture background would be favorable
