Mission Systems Test Specialist

Mission Systems Test Specialist at Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). Responsible for executing and supporting aircraft ground and flight integration test activities for Avionics and Mission systems; coordinating with Design Offices, Chief Engineering, and Program Offices to define test strategy; elaborating test planning per V&V plans; defining test instrumentation and data reduction/monitoring; supporting Flight Test Engineers with flight test or simulator sessions including telemetry follow-up and safety monitoring; writing and analyzing Test Reports, Certification/Qualification Cards, and Snags/PRs with technical rationale for closure. Requires an Aeronautical/Industrial/Telecommunications Engineering degree, 5+ years in Integration Testing of Avionics and Mission Systems, deep understanding of the integration and tests route map, proficiency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel to different locations (e.g., Seville, Manching). NATO SECRET security clearance valued; hybrid working model where possible.
