Job Summary
Mission Support Services Coordinator (part-time) based at TriVector’s corporate office in Huntsville, AL. Acts as the central point of coordination for employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, timekeeping, and HR, Contracts, and Payroll processes. Coordinates with the Prime contractor’s on-site supervisors and team leads to stay informed on workforce issues, attendance, and contract support requirements; oversees timekeeping compliance from a corporate perspective; coordinates onboarding, transfers, and offboarding for MTSS subcontract personnel; maintains records and generates routine reports for TriVector leadership; supports cross-functional administrative duties and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requires US citizenship, a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred), and 3–7 years of relevant experience; frequent communication with remote employees and internal stakeholders; on-site reporting in Huntsville, AL as needed.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred)
- 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in operations, employee relations, workforce administration, project support and coordination, or related business functions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond professionally to employee inquiries
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to report on site in Huntsville, AL as needed to support departmental leads
- Prior administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred but not required
