Job Summary
Coordinate and respond to inquiries from RCAN parish, school, and the public; use the Regional Hub (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to create, manage, and track cases; maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution; provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues; assist with training support for Regional Hub users; maintain knowledge of RCAN policies/procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service/operations or related field
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, with preference for conversational/ fluent proficiency
