Job Summary
Part-time Team Leader to help oversee the current Young Life (high school) ministry alongside the Area Director. Responsible for leading teams and individuals in spiritual development, recruiting and training leaders, building relationships with principals, pastors, parents, and donors, and implementing ministry strategies including club, Campaigners, and camping activities. Must foster a vibrant spiritual life, develop yearly growth plans, coordinate fundraising and donor relations, and model excellence in ministry operations while adhering to Young Life policies and procedures. Requires strong relational and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and alignment with the organization’s faith-based mission.
Required Qualifications
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
