Job Summary
Mission Staff responsible for leading and participating in Young Life ministry through training, field program, and outreach. Key duties include leading teams and individuals in spiritual development, developing leadership within volunteers, and supporting ministry growth through fundraising and donor relations. Responsibilities encompass recruiting and training leaders, building a ministry strategy with area leadership, coordinating club and Campaigners activities, planning camping strategies, and ensuring professional communication and adherence to organization policies. The role emphasizes relationship building within the church community, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a vibrant spiritual life while supporting Young Life’s mission. Education: college degree preferred. Training and development are tailored by area leadership, with opportunities to participate in summer camp assignments and regional trainings.
