Job Summary
Mission Staff at Young Life will engage in spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include leading teams in spiritual growth, recruiting and training leaders, maintaining donor relationships, and planning ministry activities. Candidates must possess strong relational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality while actively participating in the Young Life community and adhering to its policies.
Required Qualifications
- Sign a Statement of Faith
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff
Desired Qualifications
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
