Job Summary
Mission Program Lead with an active TS/SCI clearance and full-scope polygraph. Lead cross-organizational mission programs within the national security landscape, accelerating progress toward shared objectives and managing complex, multi-entity workstreams. Responsible for deconflicting authority, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, and delivering concise briefing materials and recommendations to executive and senior clients. Collaborate with client leadership to coordinate and integrate efforts, develop strategic and tactical program plans, and sustain momentum in a high-visibility, highly sensitive mission space. Requires at least 8 years of direct mission/operational experience on sensitive DoD/IC programs and a Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree and 15+ years of experience are strong pluses. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- EIGHT (8)+ years' of experience directly involved in mission and operational support for highly sensitive DoD/IC programs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 15+ years of direct mission and operational experience
- Ability to operate autonomously with the highest levels of professional polish, communication expertise, and mission understanding
- Demonstrated track record of driving programs to success, with clear outcomes, deliverables, and return on investment
- Demonstrated ability to operate across the national security landscape and deftly navigate complex bureaucracies to drive progress, build momentum, and achieve desired outcomes
