Job Summary
Conduct initial and final reviews for all Fractional and Managed trips, analyzing weather, TFRs, NOTAMs, AC performance, and fuel data to ensure accuracy. Communicate pertinent trip-impacting information to Owner Services and Flight Control teams while maintaining current airport information. Coordinate and manage international trip demand by filing eAPIS, generating declarations, and setting up ground handling at non-US airports. Maintain relationships with third-party international handlers and coordinate with US Customs and CBP for all international trip needs. Perform other duties and assignments as required. This role is based at Airshare's Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, and requires a Bachelor's degree or flight planning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of flight planning experience with an emphasis in private aviation
- Excellent writing and oral communication
- Salesforce/operations experience
- Strong technical skills
- Dispatch License
- Must be able to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS
- Must be available for on-site work (not remote or hybrid)
