Job Summary
Orchestrate system deployments by leading technical configuration, integration, and day-to-day operational success for Intelligence Community accounts. Design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators while building trust-based relationships with officers and stakeholders to drive adoption and uncover future mission needs. Bridge the gap to engineering by working side-by-side with users to translate real-world workflow challenges and software bugs back to the development team. Collaborate closely with program management, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Stellar Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel up to 30% in this role.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Military/Defense Background: Prior military service (tactical ops, signals, intelligence, or C2)
- Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
