Job Summary
Mission Operations Engineer focused on deploying Anduril’s hardware-software C2 products for US Army customers. Own deployment planning, product fielding, user training, and ensuring product performance in mission contexts. Drive customer engagement and success by translating mission needs into actionable requirements, coordinating with engineering, logistics, and operations teams, and shaping product features to improve user workflows. Cultivate executive-level relationships, manage commitments against commercial targets, and support nationwide/government-wide collaboration. Travel 25-50% and operate within a defense-technology environment with emphasis on mission-driven outcomes and security considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program management, product deployment, or field engineering roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with senior military leaders and officials
- Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments
- Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
- Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking
- Willing to travel as necessary (25-50%)
- US Secret Clearance or above required
