Job Summary
Operate satellite systems using ground control interfaces while monitoring health, telemetry, and performance during passes. Coordinate with engineering, mission planning, and data processing teams to detect anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and follow protocols to maintain mission continuity. Maintain detailed logs, checklists, and reports to support continuous improvement. This role requires shift-based operations including weekends or holidays if mission-critical. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related technical field
- Willingness to work in shift-based operations, including weekends or holidays if mission-critical
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of satellite systems, orbital mechanics, and RF communications
- Familiarity with Linux systems, scripting languages (Python/Bash), and telemetry tools
- Ability to analyze telemetry data and perform system health assessments
- Prior internship or experience in satellite operations, mission control, or aerospace research projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Calm and focused under pressure
