Job Summary
Manage incoming requirements, ensure clarity of task guidance, and communicate expectations to execution teams while tracking performance metrics to maintain mission continuity. Synthesize information from disparate systems and stakeholders to recommend effective solutions and support senior executive operations and readiness efforts. Lead discussions with leadership to identify mission gaps and develop forward-looking improvements that strengthen operational performance. Mentor teammates and cultivate a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding support to internal partners and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience engaging with senior government and military officials
- Experience interacting with Senior Executive Service (SES) and Senior Military Officers
- Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables within a short time frame
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience with the military or IC
- Master's degree and 10+ years of experience with the military or IC
- Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, or requirements manager
- Experience working in the IC
- Experience balancing competing requirements
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
