Job Summary
Mission Manager will connect engineering and product teams with military partners to translate complex operational needs into actionable product and program strategies, drive customer success, and support deployment and training of Rune software at government facilities and military bases. The role requires deep customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and growth, and the ability to understand and translate customer problems into technical solutions. The position involves leading training sessions, identifying relevant datasets with customers, and ensuring solutions meet the demands of modern military logistics, from the remote edge to senior command levels. Strong leadership, exceptional communication, high ownership, and willingness to travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred
