Job Summary
Mission Lead, International to build and deepen relationships with allied defense and national security organizations worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of business development, mission execution, and customer success, with roughly 50% of time spent identifying, developing, and expanding international opportunities and 50% ensuring customers achieve meaningful operational outcomes with Vannevar's products. You will serve as a trusted advisor and growth partner to allied military and government organizations, possibly briefing senior leaders, demonstrating software, supporting pilots, and guiding customers from initial interest to long-term adoption. U.S. Persons status with at least a current Top Secret DoD/IC clearance is required. The role entails travel to Europe (50%) and frequent travel both within the United States and internationally. What you'll do includes building relationships across military, intelligence, and national security stakeholders; identifying new mission opportunities; leading BD efforts including discovery conversations, capability demonstrations, and strategic account planning; serving as the primary mission-facing owner for international engagements; demonstrating software and articulating its operational value; driving adoption, retention, and expansion; collaborating with product/engineering/mission teams to translate customer needs into product improvements; navigating procurement pathways; supporting pilots and field deployments; representing Vannevar at conferences and events; and traveling frequently to fulfill responsibilities.
