Job Summary
Contractor Mission Lead for GEOINT at Core One, serving as the local liaison between Government Lead and assigned contract workforce. Responsible for conducting analysis and production (A&P), quality control, and administrative mission support as directed. As first-line supervisor, ensure analysts meet mission requirements and LCAT specifications within the PWS, provide performance-based coaching, and escalate recommendations to the PM/DPM. Will spend ~90% of the work week supporting operational requirements; requires TS/SCI clearance and extensive knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating cross-community meetings, producing written products and briefings for senior stakeholders, and supporting decision-making on integration issues.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience leading GEOINT teams or contractor mission leads
- Strong written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
- Experience managing personnel, requirements, and project coordination
- Ability to create and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
- Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics; metadata management and data modeling
