Mission IT Operator (Clearance Sponsorship)

Resolve IT hardware, software, and security infrastructure issues across global Windows and Linux environments as a first responder for all site problems. Analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents via phone, email, and walk-up channels while managing support tickets in an ITSM platform. Maintain privileged access, monitor network problems, and coordinate with enterprise resources to ensure optimal baseline infrastructure for mission needs. Perform initial triage, restart services and hardware as required, and document all activities in reporting tools. Support 24x7 operations with rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
